Current Goal

I discovered that there are 3,143 counties in the United States.  My goal is to visit each and everyone one of them!  If you have something small that's representative of a county I visit, feel free to add it to the chain- it's starting with a UIUC keychain because I began my journey in Champaign.  (Please add photos if you do.)

A few notes for my travels:

*Please do not leave this trackable ANYWHERE on an event day.  You may dip this trackable in caches/events, just don't physically part with it the day of an event.
*At some point in your time with this trackable (probably the end of its run with you), please post a log with a list of the counties it visited with you.
*Google maps/earth will be used to determine which county if there's a dispute.  When in doubt, don't pick a cache near a county line when possible.
*Washington D.C. does not have a county.
*Parishes in Lousiana and Boroughs in Alaska are treated as counties.
*Caches for independent cities (county-equivalents) must be found within the city limits.

Traveled from the last cache we found it in along the western edge of Great Smokies to Sevier County and then straight via 40 and 81 to Christiansburg where we dropped it at a cache outside of a museum.
