This is a red plastic wind up light that was one of the many small gifts at open house of Angell Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center between Yachats and Waldport, Oregon.

I hate this but the cache container this was in got picked up by the grounds crew when they removed the entire row of hosts! I am so sorry but I believe this TB has been taken. :/
