This little token is from a sandwich shop in Vancouver BC.  It would like to take the long scenic route back to that city.

About This Item

Save On Meats token from the sandwich shop of the same name.  These are sold to patrons as something to give to pan handlers instead of giving them cash.  Each token can be exchanged for the food item shown (a breakfast sandwich in this instance).  We purchased this token to give to a street person looking for a handout.  He would not accept it, saying he wanted cash instead.  We thought it would make a wonderful travel bug.
