Pirate Tom's mission is to travel far and wide from his hideout at Smuggler's Lost Cache in Luccombe Bay near Shanklin on the Isle of Wight. He wants to travel further than the rest of the Shanklin Pirate crew (trackables), especially his sister Pirate Harriet. He has heard that there are beaches on the other side of the world in a place called Australia or New Zealand that are nearly as nice as Shanklin beach and would liked to travel there if at all possible. Being a Pirate he is constantly being chased by the British Royal Navy (another group of trackables) and cannot be in the same cache as any of the British Royal Navy, otherwise he is captured and it is game over.
Pirate Tom is a member of the Shanklin Pirates, a motley crew (of trackables) that are based out of their hideout, Smuggler's Lost Cache, which is only accessible at low tide, in Luccombe Bay near Shanklin on the Isle of Wight. Other members of the Crew include Captain Jack, Pirate Connor, Pirate Harriet and Mackenzie the Cook.
