Saquaro cactus can grow to be 40 to 60 feet tal, and live for over 200 - 300 years, Grow mostly in southern Arizona and northern Sonoran Mexico, also in parts of southern Califonia.
The Saquaro blossem is the state wildflower in Arizona. It takes a Saguaro 75 years to start growing arms.
A state permit is required to move or destroy a Saguaro cactus to make way for a house or a highway.
So feel free to move around the world any placed, you do not need a permit.
