About This Item

The Big Rockahuna started out at the Rolling Rock Cache (which may be the first cache to have sent cache hitchhikers out into the world) with its brother and sister rocks. After visiting a couple of other caches, The Big Rockahuna got its Travel Bug tag while visiting the Central Oregon Urban Cache. Any photos of The Big Rockahuna visiting with you and your friends and family will be a welcome addition to this page!

Hi all left Big Rock On the Beach at Sutton Lake so he could do some Freshwater Fishing and sunbathing. Liked the view and was glad to be on the Road after his lay over in Florida.

I dropped Rockahuna off on 1/21/03 but could not make a log entry until I returned home from my visit to FL. Seems he got picked up the very next day.

Found Big Rock here in Jax Fl. at Camp Tomahawk cache. He was a bit Cold in the 30's when got him from there. He said he had only brought shorts and T-shirts with him from IL. Invited him to stay a while with us until these cold fronts blow through. He was excited about getting to see the superbowl and eat superbowl food. . Talks about going to somewhere he hasn't been before so we are going to take him to N.C. with us.
He was a little Fuzzy on how he Got to Jax. and would like the friend that dropped him off to fill in the details.

Found the bug here yesterday and didn't know what it was at first. This was my first geocache outing. So,, after reading all about it, we went back this morning and retieved it. I am to be in FL next week so I will find a spot in FL to take the Big Rockahuna. Doesn't look like he's been to sunny Florida yet. Winters in Illinois is not the place to be. Much warmer in Jacksonville this time of year.

Tenof16 picked up the Big Rockahuna from Wipeout Woods today. We'll take him east to the Chicagoland area where we live. He'll probably rest for a few days at our farm as I think he still needs time to recover from the alien encounter. He should be on his way just before the new year.
