As of the Snowdon "Easy or Hard" cache meet on the 18th September 2004 where both Cave Troll & Joans USA Geocoins are being launched. Cave Trolls USA Geocoin wants to race Joan,s USA Geocoin. Just to see who's coin can travel the furthest, oneupmanship and all that.     Paper Mill Lock is my very favourite place in Essex - picturesque lock with old stables converted into a cafe, cruisers and narrowboats coming and going, and walks along the towpath (eventually leading to Chelmsford or the sea at Maldon)

    A great place for a Geocoin to celebrate its first anniversary.

    I've been checking back through this coin's history, and it's been to some beautiful places.

    After starting in Wales, it's been to the counties of Staffordshire, Berkshire, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Cheshire, Buckinghamshire and Kent (I think that's all correct!)

    Never been to Essex though, so I'll find a beautiful part of Essex (yes, there are some!...) and drop it off there.
