Why of course to go to Ireland and go Geocaching. Are there any caches in Ireland? And then return to Colorado Springs, Colorado. Please take many pictures of Lil' Louie and share his Geocaching ventures with the world.

About This Item

The name leprechaun is derived from the old Irish word luchorpan which means "little body."

A leprechaun is a fairy taking the appearance of a miniature old man. They are known to live in remote places. Leprechauns are solitary creatures and spend their time making shoes and brogues. If you hear the sound of his hammer when he is at work you know you have found him.

All leprechauns possesses a hidden crock of gold. If you are fortunate enough to capture a leprechaun he might reveal the location of his gold to escape. But, keep your eye on the leprechaun.


If you look away, just for a moment, he will vanish.

AAAARRRRGGGGHHHH! We don't be needing any vanishing Leprechauns(Travel Bugs), now do we?

I actually didn't grab it from jone2000, but I took it with me from cache cache GCBB12 'Eindhovens kwartet (Noord-West)'. But what is most important. Little Louie is back on track. I am sad to say that his left arm has been amputated. Traveling the globe is not withouth risks. But he is still looking as cute as always.
