I found him in a Parking lot,while geochaching, in Tennessee,USA still in his McDonald’s bag.

Carlo Collodi, the author of The story of Pinocchio,was the pen name of Carlo Lorenzini,Who was born and grew up in Florence. The last part of his pen name was the name of the Tuscan village where Lorenzini's mother was born: Collodi.

Skalni mlyn is a starting point for trips to caves, abysses and hills of The Moravian Karst, Czech Republic. You can even boat on a subterrainean stream in one of the caves. So we think Pinocchio liked this place.

We retreived Pinocchio in a place called Ballymotte, there you can see a beautiful artifitial ruin from the 19th century, some stone creature - all when walking through this forest. Now Pinocchio is going to travel east to see some nice caves and rocks.
