Current Goal

To visit all 254 counties in Texas, or at least all that have caches. I have 3 sibilings: Colonel Whump's "Don't Mess with Texas" (TBHA2K), "Texas Road Trip" (TBHEFW) and "I Heart Texas" (TBH9T7). I hope to cross paths with them, but rather not travel with them and seek my own path of adventure. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ME OUT OF THE GREAT STATE OF TEXAS.
This bug will be released in Archer County in "Colonel Whump's DQ Run" set up by TexasGreg for this purpose. Thank you, Greg!

About This Item

50 Counties Visited

Larry McMurtry's first novel (1961) that was made into a movie called "Hud" starring Paul Newman and Patricia Neal. A wonderful movie and an even better book. This travel bug was released in Archer County. Archer City is where Larry McMurtry resides and owns several bookstores. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ME OUT OF THE GREAT STATE OF TEXAS.
