Dirt Dive

Freefall Freddy is an adreneline junky. His passion is skydiving and wants to skydive whenever, and wherever possible. His home drop zone is Skydive Montana and would sure like to come back and visit occassionally.

If you have Freddy, see if you can find a drop zone near you that he hasn't jumped at yet. (But if he's already jumped there, and you're willing to take him again, then please, do so!) Call ahead and schedule a time (should be easy) when a skydiver will be there willing to take Freddy along in his/her pocket on a jump. While you're there, you may be interested in scheduling yourself for a Tandem Jump.

Be sure to get Freddy back after his jump so you can place him in another cache, and try to get as much of the following information as possible:

  • Name or nickname of the skydiver he jumped with.
  • Jump altitude and opening altitude.
  • Name and location of the drop zone.
  • Any pictures of the event you can manage.

  • When not skydiving, Freddy is also interested in trying out any other extreem sports you can introduce him to. Just be sure to document what he does here, and that he doesn't get hurt so he can live to skydive another day.

    Now that I've kept Freddy free from the clutches of the local "prisons" I will probably take him to Michigan with me.

    I SO agree with your philosophy. I'm tempted to pirate all local bug hotels - but those cachers are my friends, so I probably won't!
