This is a 5oz. salmon lure from Westport, Washington. The hook and barb have been appropriately dulled, so as to not catch "cachers".

OK, So I am still learning how this works. Found the little bugger and sent it on its way...It traveled north the next day to beautiful Wisconsin. Soon to be resting on the banks of the Wisconsin River!
