We rescued Jake from the hot and desolate desert cache of Whoaa!. And a good thing too, it was 115° out there and Jake was starting to smell like Pork Rinds. Mark, Jake and I almost got burned up at the nearby Rock House cache where the cache site was in flames. I was crying out Save the Cache as we found it just inches from the 2 foot flames. Luckily we pulled it out and relocated it before it turned to ashes or destroyed by the firemen who might come to put out the fire. Jake said, That's enough BBQ for me - get me the heck outaa here So, the three of us are back home in Orange County. Jake wants to visit the beach now, or maybe a nice cool park...
