Hello, Lizzie!! Aunt Meg & Uncle Jimmy are grabbing your bug one more time! Since you and your Mommy & Daddy have been in town, we've decided that we'll take your TB along when we go on vacation in a couple of weeks, so we're going to hang onto your rattle for a little while longer... then we'll send it down to Aunt Beth one more time to go in her Wilson House TB Inn cache.
This has been an awesome week, hasn't it Punkin? We cached together Thursday... remember how Aunt Meg sat in the back of the Trailblazer and peeked over the seat at you the whole day? And how we cached in the rain but kept going (even though I was certain your Aunt Meg might melt in the rain... tell your Mommy to stop laughing!) like it didn't bother us? And how we went caching with your Aunt Beth and Cousin Ben on Saturday, and we found the cache where the owner guy watched us from the balcony and waved at us? And how we went to that other cache with the overgrown trail, and your Mommy and I tiptoed through the rough spots so as not to wake up the snakes, then stomped back through on the way back to the car so we'd scare them away? And how Aunt Beth saw a dog and turned around to see Mommy coming out of the woods with a BIG OLD forked stick to shoo the doggie away? And how we had to make two trips to the one cache because we didn't want to disturb the birthday party sitting underneath the second stage coordinates?
Yes, this has surely been a GREAT trip! It was your first trip to Mississippi, your first time to meet Cousin Dodger (you weren't sure about that big panting face at first, but you warmed up to him), your first time to meet Mr. Big Jim (Uncle Jimmy's daddy)... you weren't too sure about him at first, but you eventually played patty-cake with him a little bit... as long as he didn't look at you! :-) Oh, and you took your first 3 steps without holding on, and you had your first golf cart ride too! What an awesome week, no?
I know we all have had a great time visiting with all of you... can't wait for your next trip!! Come back and see us soon, Punkin!!
Love you,
Aunt Meg & Uncle Jimmy
XOXOXO!
