Mark Thompson, founder of geocacheuk.com died on 9th September 2004. This travel bug is taking part in a race in his memory. Please move the bug as quickly as possible and try to place it in a cache where it will be found quickly by another geocacher.

About This Item

This bug is in a race. Points are awarded for a combination of distance travelled and number of times moved. So even if you only move the bug a few miles, please do. Try not to leave it in caches that are visited infequently to give it a chance to move around.

    I was handed this travelbug by some friends who made it to deer point (I think that is where they got it.)
    I had it a bit, even took a photo of it at groundspeak (geocaching's computer brains at Internap)

    Found this while doing some CITO this weekend, must have been in or near a cache. Will try and move this along later this week.

    We found this at Sparky's Sunset while on vacation, will be leaving it back in Washington State. It seems this bug has been running up and down the west coast.
