Current Goal

Cancer bear has a message, "Cancer Sucks!" and he wants to move as far and wide to let people know how he feels. Specifically he is screaming his message as it relates to "LUNG CANCER" & the main cause. . . SMOKING! His message; "STOP SMOKING!"

About This Item

Smoking does have its rewards!

This bear was one of several belonging to my bride of 47 years. She died January 30, 2005 just 43 days after we found out she had lung cancer. She was a smoker for over 30 years. She did quit two years ago but that was not soon enough. Maybe this bear and his T shirt message will make someone think a little more about not smoking! Pass him on and let him scream out his message!

We picked up this little guy, will take him back home with us to Central Wisconsin, and will place him in a cache near a college town in our area, to help spread the word.

This was the third cache for us and our 2 year old son. Figured that it being a Project Ape cache, it would be fun for one of our first. We hadn't planned on picking up a hitchhiker, but when we saw this pretty little bear and read his message we decided to give him a ride. Sorry for your loss.
