Padlock Pete4 was under lock and key (conbination) at his own cache in Wilton, Connecticut. If you have Pete, it's because a geocacher managed to release him to start his journey. He should have a padlock attached to his chain. While he is in your possession, try and open the lock, Give him some space. He most probably has been locked up for some time!
