One of us was here a little over a month ago, and could make neither beer nor skittles of it.

Both of us stopped by on the way home from the monthly event, and a Find on a different multi. This time the use of a common tool made it easier to figure out what the deal was. Guessed incorrectly on the specific word, but with only two possibilities, it wasn't hard to get the final numbers.

Today, the one of us who first came up here more than a month ago had a doctor's appointment, so he left home early enough to look for this. The final numbers were perfect, and the log was signed and the container replaced quickly: thanks!

I did not have any success with the Flewbiu cache across the lot, however 😟

I remember a cache of yours in this general area. Actually, I DNFed it while trying for FTF, so technically I do NOT remember it, as I never tried for it again before it was archived. Call me a fussbudget, I won't mind 😉

Today, I needed to do some shopping, and the Better Half was napping, so I took some extra time to come up here to try to grab a qualifier for all those challenges. Did the necessary work to satisfy the checker, then came over to the area and began to look. Almost went to one spot, but the geepers said I needed to move a dozen or so feet that-a-way, and I came up with the cache in about 20 seconds. A quick sign-and-replace, and I was on my way to buy some groceries. Many thanks!

Another doctor visit which date coincides with another on which we need a multicache. Gotta take whatever good one can from poor circumstances.

This was pretty easy, although trying to look inconspicuous was not so easy, as there was a large amount of traffic, which this road used not to get when we lived in Camarillo. But I was able to time things well and get everything taken care of when vehicles were far enough away.
Thanks for another challenge qualifier 🙂

FWIW, things could be difficult here in the near future. A crew was doing work on a power pole at the turn in the road a quarter-mile to the south, and a large tag was stuck in a reflector on the pole nearest to this cache, which was dated today, and which said that there would be work done on this pole. I mention this purely to be helpful to the CO and to anyone who comes by and sees a crew here.

    Very clever!

I solved this very soon after it published, but we rarely come out this way. Today, it made sense to stop for it on the way home after getting your new multicache. I overshot GZ, but as I walked back I saw the cache host from 30 feet or so away. FWIW, the log is a bit moldy from all our rain this Winter, but I had no trouble signing it.

I'm going to give this an FP for the pun, not to mention learning some things about a game which I've never played, nor have I been tempted to do so on our rare visits to gambling locations.

You know the drill; I came up here, after a doctor visit, because...

I ate lunch on the nearest picnic table and did the required work in between bites of my burrito. After I finished eating, I grabbed the traditional that is nearby, then got my hiking pole for the walk to the cache container. Despite still being wobbly on my feet, the walk wasn't bad at all, and the 1200 steps were really valuable, as I've not been able to get a lot of them, most days.

It took me a few minutes of looking before I came up with the cache. I lost control of it, but managed to grab it before it tumbled away 😮 I was a bit surprised to see a clean logsheet, but we'll happily take the FTF, two days after this published 😁 Thanks, and an FP.
