Found this little guy in The Way It Was NGA-SG. The kids and I can take him for a field trip on the Extraterrestrial Highway in NV and get his picture taken in OUR Area 51. Then we're sending him to Flagstaff, Arizona or there abouts in the hope of getting him closer to New Mexico and Roswell (New Mexico's alien mecca). Tonight he is staying in our guest room and is having turkey dinner with the kids and watching a special on Animal Planet. Pictures and travel to follow!

The Chosen One had a fabulous trip down the Extra-terrestrial Highway on June 16! We saw the Little A'le'Inn, in Rachel, NV (pop. 98) which is a tiny town near the Groom Lake military base. There were free-ranging cattle grazing along the desert highway and temperatures were in the 90's. The highlight of our trip was when we were buzzed by a tiny, black, low-flying military jet! How many people can say they were buzzed in broad daylight by a UFO on the Extra-terrestrial Highway! According to my mother-in-law, pilots from Nellis AFB like to fly their jets low in the desert canyons in this area since it is very remote and unpopulated. So perhaps it isn't a rare occurence, but it was certainly exciting. Hope you like our pictures. The Chosen One is hanging out with us for a little while longer but should be in Arizona by the Fourth of July!
