LOST AGAIN -- TAKEN BUT NOT LOGGED FROM THE MAINE PIRATE QUEST EVENT IN THE SPRING OF 2007
PASSPORT in an in-country international traveler. Its goal is to be taken to caches in the U.S. that are near locations with international names. ex. ROME, NY, ATHENS, GA, or PARIS, TX.
Its secondary goal is to end its "world" tour near the historic Wye River (in Maryland) in the "Wye Knot?" cache by December of 2004.
IT'S TIME TO START COMING HOME...
PASSPORT is a facsimile of a United States Passport. Please write the cache it was placed in, the "international" location nearby, and your cache name.
Ports of Call:
Italy (Rome, NY),
United Kingdom (Reading PA, Ludlow, Windsor & Uxbridge MA),
Japan (the Pagoda, Reading PA),
Israel (Bethlehem, PA),
Mexico (Vera Cruz, PA),
and flew around the GLOBE (Globe, AZ), to Iraq, "Overlooking Bagdad"(AZ)... and after a brief interstellar jaunt,landed in Scotland (AZ), and China (AZ). After a short layover in Alberta, Canada, Passport visited PERU (MA). Passport enjoyed a trip to the ORIENT (MA) and is now in Germany (Berlin, Conn).

The Passport has been on the move. It is now one mile from Vera Cruz,Lehign County,PA,USA/Mexico and I will take it close to or through Bethlehem,Northhampton county, PA USA/Israel.
There is a Troy and Athens in Ohio. Good destinations for Passport.

The Chesapeake Bay's Wye River, named so by 17th century English settlers because it reminded them of its namesake river back home, is an apt point for Passport to start (and hopefully return to in 2004).
