is a VIRTUAL TRAVEL BUG. As such he can go virtually anywhere but can only be picked up and dropped off at VIRTUAL CACHES, LOCATIONLESS CACHES, or EVENT CACHES that you have actually visited or logged.
To retrieve Virtual Vinny you must actually visit or log any virtual cache, locationless cache, or event cache where Vinny has virtually visited and E-mail us,
Cache On Delivery, or post a picture of Virtual Vinny at the Cache site where you qualified. First come, first served.
Virtual Vinny loves books. So if you grab him, think about reading to him.
