This poor little travel bug was out of circulation for a year, in the possession of a Scout who wasn't an active geocacher. I retrieved it and it's now back out in the wld. I took it to Florida but didn't get a chance to find a cache big enough to hold it. I did take a photo of the Cape Canaveral Racer in and aeronautical setting, and will post that photo when I can find it.

Placed this TB in a "lab cache" that I created for a program on geocaching for Boy Scout Troop 162 from Austin. The cache was called "Classic Cache", a 1.5/2 small cache located at N30 06.151 W97 16.482, and was part of a series of 10 temporary caches of different types and sizes that I set up for the geocaching program.

The TB was retrieved from the lab cache by a scout who is also a geocacher. It will remain in my inventory until he logs it.

This feller barnstormed through December skies
In candy cane colors, a festive surprise
Was a hit amongst the travel bug corps
As discoverers and trackers it did score.
Away it flew like a shooting star
Will the next cacher move it near or far?
Happy skies for your acrobatic flight
May every cacher who finds you treat you right.

This candy striped feller flew into the Austin area caching Christmas Party -- and switched hangars. Happy travels!
