We absolutely love this place!
History: It's beacon has provided a guide to mariners since February 1, 1855. Point Pinos is the oldest continuously-operated lighthouse on the U.S. west coast (Alcatraz Island lighthouse preceded it by 8 months, but it was replaced in 1909 when the prison was expanded). Enjoy the picture!

So, now this TB has visited near my home town, in south central New Hampshire. This is not near the ocean, and there are no lighthouses here! 😉 I still have it in my inventory, and will attempt to place it near the ocean in the next few weeks.
