Current Goal

We released this travelbug in Key Largo, Florida. I would like it to return to a cache near its origin in Minnesota, near zip code 55438. Before it returns, however, I would like it to visit each of the States in the U.S. that begin with the letter "M".

About This Item

The You Are Special travelbug is a heart shaped ceramic piece with the words "You Are Special" Painted on it along with flowers. It is relatively small and will fit in any size cache.

Update Sept 06: So far this bug has made the M states of Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, Maine, and Massachusetts. It still needs to make Michigan, Montana and Maryland before returning home to Minnesota. It has traveled over 15,000 official miles.

Picked up "You are Special TB" from Abraham last Sunday. We are learning what to do and hopefully we will move it to a new cache on Friday or Saturday. Thanks so much - what a great TB adventure. Currently the TB is enjoying some warm R&R in a desk drawer close to Lincoln Park... the location of Abraham. Hopefully "You are Special" will enjoy a long car trip to a cache in an arid climate. The trend lately has been no freezing temperatures below 5000 feet in the cascade mountains, so no snow... everywhere is kinda arid around Western Washington.
