Current Goal

Smokie wants to meet all the good boys and girls (of all ages)out there to teach them about safety in the wilderness. Smokie is interested in traveling through all the different wilderness areas he can, perhaps backpacking in the Grand Canyon or along the Appalachian Trail. He wants to see the forests and deserts of the world.

Smokie is one Travel Bug that does not want to be coddled. Take him on a backpacking trip or take him with you when you go fishing. He's a bear, for pity sakes.

I took Smokie the Bug from his last stop at Travel Bug Hotel in Oakhurst, CA. He is looking a little weary so will soon be vacationing in Kauai, the Garden Island. Aloha to all! =)

Found Smokie up in Cold Lake, Alberta, Canada. I am Akela to our Wolf Cub Pack so I made sure to pass on Smokie's message to practice safety when exploring the wilderness. I'm heading down to Yosemite National Park so I hope to find a new cache for Smokie.
