Current Goal

We enjoy Geocaching events. We like to hang out with old Geofriends and to make new ones. We thought it would be fun to see how many events this coin could visit and how many friends it could make. Please take this coin to an event and hand it off to someone heading for a different event. We are launching it at CACHEAPALOOZA 3 in Florida. We hope it will visit events in other states as well. tanks for moving it on.

About This Item

To celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary, we designed this coin. Our first goal was to find a cache in each of Michigan's 83 counties and to launch a coin in each new county we added to our list. After we completed that quest in the fall of '07, we have set as our next goal to cache all 50 states and launch a coin named after each one we add. We are also trying to launch one in each country we visit.

Found this on Andersonville Island while boating on Lake Hartwell with friends. We were caching on the local islands. I have decided to hold on to it until I attend an event in Spartanberg in August. I will pass it on to new friends so it can continue to travel events.
