Current Goal

Jeepin For Freedom is now new and improved. His cousin the KJ was ruthlessly stolen. However, the tradition remains with this little JK.

His mission? Simple get this guy to the most far out Geocaches you can find. The daily commute to work has this Jeep ready for the back roads. He would prefer to stay out of the city (urban caches) if possible.

If Number 56 could make it to Dakar, his purpose in life would be complete!!!!

About This Item

Ready to go.

2007 Jeep Wrangler JK.

Don't worry about this little Wrangler. He has been modified for expert trail navigation and is equipped with latest in tracking technology.

He is the replacement for the original Jeepin For Freedom; a Jeep Liberty that came up missing. And his re-release was made official with Long Way Round cache.

Ok, Don't know if I did this all right, since its my first Travel Bug, But thanks a ton Rat Jumper. Wife Janet, Ryan (3) and Morgan (4months) Really enjoyed the trip out to Nevermore to place the Jeep TB. Ryan was a little fuzzy on why daddy had a toy truck that he couldn't keep. He hopes it can get home to his owner soon. Will attach Pics after development (Digital krapped out). Great Cache, Gotta love the view. Janet and I hadn't been here since we were dating 9 years ago. Pretty cool return trip. Thanks a again.

Picked up Jeepin for Freedom after one heck of a thunderstorm. Of course the lil Jeep Liberty handled the mud and all 4 creek crossings without a problem. I hope to move it south this weekend.

I picked this bug from "Pet Cemetary (GCJ42X)" but it wasn't logged as a drop there. The bumber is still off, but I put a battery in it and it still works. Will send this along quickly hope it gets back to you.
