Key-Ring Kate4 was under lock and key at her own cache in Wilton, Connecticut. If you have Kate, it's because a geocacher managed to release her to start her journey, Give Kate some space, she most probably has been locked up for some time. Hopefully, while in your possession, she will be able to open some doors for you. At her release, she had no keys attached.
