Al Packa is a member the Baad Haari Dai sect who formed the Al Quacka Sleeper Cell – Oregon. Yermamma been Maudlin has instructed them to infiltrate Burlington, Vermont. Once he reaches a cache within twenty miles of Burlington, he is to recruit at least three more ducks to form a new cell, Al Quacka Sleeper Cell – Vermont.     We were in Washington NH for the weekend and did a little caching. Found Al Packa and how 'bout that it's mission is to get to Burlington, VT. Well, Al Packa was in luck, we live just outside of Burlington, so retrieved him and brought him back home with us.
