Current Goal

Hi ho! I am Icy, and I'm a random traveling bug. You see, I'm a long way from home. In the winter, I loooove to be in the SNOW. In the summer, I'd love to be in or near ICE. Even a tall cool glass of lemonade with ice would do. I love freezers and ice boxes!

About This Item

Icy the Emperor Penguin

If you could take a picture of me with snow or ice and keep me moving on, that would make my mighty mission in life complete. Please keep me moving... I get cache-restless if I'm out of the box too long.

Icy was very happy to see us. He said he was quite lonely the past five years. A number of people had walked right by him without even noticing him. without any hesitation, he decided to hang out with us for the weekend up at Henrietta Lake. We hiked across the dam to play in the snow. He very much enjoyed the cooler that we filled with snow to keep the food and beer cold. After a great June weekend, Icy wanted to come down the mountain with us. Right now he is hanging out in my freezer. He seems to have claimed my fish sticks.

  • MY FISH STICKS ! ! !
  • Ahh!! Yes!!
  • the stroll along the dam
  • Mmm. Smokies.
  • think i'll catch some rays
  • PARTY TIME WITH MY SAVIORS ! ! ! !

I anticipate that if he stays up at the Woodfibre Cabin a month or two, Icy will certainly experience the joy of snow & ice up once more.

It was almost cold enough today for snow and ice.
