TFTC! 🙂 I spent the morning in the Fort Ord area this morning. This was a nice walk to the cache along the Ocean in the fog after finding one of the Saving Private Ryan caches north of here.

Don't approach this one directly from the beach side without paying attention to the boundary ropes warning you to stay out of the snowy plover nesting areas.

Whatever camo this once had is long gone. Found it laying on top of the ice plant. Left it a little less conspicuous. SL 50sumtin

TFTC! 🙂 After the WoW LSOH4 event, I thought that I would give a couple of the local DNFs on my list another "go".

I tried the usual search spots again without success. And then I reread the cache description and thought about it. And then I realized that there was only one place left to look for the cache. And there it was.! I believe that my way of "seeing" the cache qualifies as a terrain rating of 4. 🤭 SL 50sumtin

TFTC 🙂 What I had intended and hoped would be a minor plumbing task for the house this morning turned into a major project to replace the water pressure regulator. Three trips to the hardware store later and I was done at 3:30 pm, leaving me just enough time to head over from Santa Cruz and catch the last part of the event.

It's always fun to see the familiar faces of the regulars at these gatherings, and then there are always a few new people to meet for fun too! 👍 While I didn't score a prize in the drawings, I did pick up a couple of the items on the table for sharing and I also left two dozen tupperware containers for sharing.
