My mission is to visit as many steam railways and trains as possible.

About This Item

This coin was given to my son John on his 11th christmas, 2007.
He is train mad and would like photos of his coin visiting train related places, he prefers steam but anything to keep him moving.
The coin series was released to help raise funds for the Severn Valley Railway which suffered huge damage during the July floods that devastated many parts of the UK.

    I bought three of these coins and I don't have the heart to send them on their travels. This is the first SVR coin I have seen in the 'wild'. I will take this coin to a railway related cache as I too love Steam locomotives.
