Found abandoned, this burro wants to travel the southwest and see some new sights.
This wooden burro was found in Camp Creek Wash, northeast of the town of Carefree, AZ, in November 2004. I was doing a cleanup project there, with my quad club, Arizona ATV Riders. It's missing an ear and the paint is a little weathered, but it wants to get out and see some new scenery. Please post a photo of the places it visits.

Really fun to find.
We've been to Camp Creek Wash near Carefree, Az. Nice to see this burro visiting the same place we are in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia.
Will move this one along shortly, after a short ferry ride to Nova Scotia. Thanks for sharing.
Retrieved this guy from the mountain top today. He is in a little worse shape now. Tail gone, three legs gone. Looking at the pictures it happened in this cache or just before. Too bad. It was up there for a year. I'll get him going soon.
[blue]Found it and will move it along shortly.
