I Have the Travel Bug!
This is a school project hosted by grade 2 class at Sussex Corner Elementary School. We released 20 travel bugs in April 2008. The children learned about geocaching, travel bugs, the geocaching website and wrote biographies about the travel bugs. My goal is for the children to learn about the different communities and families that their travel bugs encounter.
Your participation is appreciated . I have never seen my students more excited about a project! Please move this travel bug to a new location and document adventures and experiences on the website. The children will continue to track their travel bugs for years to come.
George is 7 years old. He is a fighter and he lives on Mars. When he is not living on Mars, he lives on Earth. My travel bug has green eyes and he wears a red suit, a black belt and purple boots with hair on them. He has a beard and a moustache. His hands and legs are orange. My travel bug likes to jump off the moon and he likes to swim. He also likes to fight. My bug likes to save the world.
