Current Goal

All things baseball is my mantra. America's great pastime from little league to major league will be my travels. I will attend as many games, see as many ball parks and send as many pictures home of my travels as I can. I will travel the country and the world in pursuit of my mission - the great game of baseball. My ultimate goal: to attend both a world series game and world baseball classic.

Red Sox Nation

In 2004, the Boston Red Sox ended an historic drought, taking major league's title as the best team in baseball for the first time in 86 years. "Red Sox Nation" had gone lifetimes waiting for this moment. Gone were the days of Bucky (freaking) Dent and Bill (oops) Buckner. Some say it was the end of the "curse of the bambino". After all, the Red Sox had not won a World Series Championship since the controversial trade of the great Babe Ruth. In 2007, the Red Sox again took baseball's most coveted trophy, ending all such talk of curses and misfortune.
