In the spirit of Paddington Bear, Callahan looks for travel and adventure. It would be nice for him to visit the bronze statue of Paddington Bear at Paddington Station.

Callahan starts his adventure

This little blue bunny was discovered at "The Common Thread on Sequoia Parkway" (GC1D714). I almost left him behind for someone else to discover, but he reminded me so much of Paddington Bear, and I decided to have him tag along with me. My next stop was "Winnie the Pooh" (GC1E6FV) and it hit me. This little bunny should have an adventure. So I decided to make him an official Travel Bug, and send him exploring.

First thing to do was to give bunny a name. Since he didn't have a name tag I had to come up with one. A bunny name Sequoia just didn't sound right. But the cache was started by the Callahan family. So I decided to call him Callahan.

Next Callahan the Bunny has to start his adventure from somewhere, and "Winnie the Pooh" (GC1E6FV) seemed like the best place.

So I have given Callahan a compass to keep his bearings and sent him on his way.

Picked up today while making a fall colors motorcycle trip. I really liked this one. He is a very cute bunny. I will take him home with me and let him play with the wild bunnies (desert cottontails) that live in my backyard. Then I'll release him to find some other bunnies.

My wife and I found Callahan in "A Walk by a Park" today and brought him home to look up his story. I regret to inform the Callahans that he seems to have lost his compass during his travels, but otherwise he seems to be in great shape! Thanks very much for letting us be a part of his journey! We will place him back in the 1st large enough cache we come by in the near future. 😁
