Hello, I am Moe, and I love to run! My owner has taken me off my leash and I want to run around the USA! I want to visit both the East and West coasts, and everywhere in between! I have achieved one of my goals of visiting New York and some of the East Coast, (which is lovely, thank you East Coast cachers). There is still much more East Coast to explore, and I still absolutely MUST visit California and the West Coast at some point. And I would love the opportunity to run around in another continent, so feel free to turn me loose in another country, should you be heading out of the USA. My owner would like to see pics of my travels, so PLEASE TAKE AND POST PICTURES! And PLEASE DO NOT KEEP ME LONG! I want to keep moving. After all, I am off my leash!
Meet Moe, or at least a somewhat similar looking facsimile. My wife and I adopted Moe in April of 2007 from a local no-kill shelter and he quickly became a part of the family. Moe has never met a stranger, and loves to run and play. Moe is part Labrador, part Beagle, and fully spoiled. Yes I know, if you are looking at the TB, you can tell this was supposed to be a Rottweiler. Well, it looks close enough to Moe, so I say it's a Moe ornament. I found this around Christmas time and immediately thought "Travel Bug"! The problem was that this particular ornament originally had a halo and wings on the dog, giving the impression that it was an angel. Well, that wouldn't work for me because: 1) Moe is still very much alive (he just turned 2 recently, he was born on December 8, 2006), and 2) Moe is no angel (and we have the chewed up furniture to prove it). So, you'll notice on his back the uneven spot where I broke off the wings, and the hole in the back of his head where the halo once stuck out until I yanked it out. Now it's just a regular old Moe ornament playing with a ball.
Moe doesn't like to be holed up too long. He is off his leash and wants to run free. Please keep him moving. Trust me, if you keep him cooped up too long, he will start gnawing on your stuff!
