I picked up Arthur at a garage sale.

He seems to be some knick-knack from a local seafood restaurant.  Maybe he can make it back there someday.

For now, traveling along the seacoast and hopping from cache to cache are his goals.

Released in Illinois, he has a good journey ahead just to get to the ocean.
