Welcome to Detroit City!
Racing around is fine. Just not on our Detroit City streets. (Unless your in our Grand Prix.) You are sentenced to 220 days of hard TreePlanting Labor for doing 110 MPH in a 35 MPH zone. Also, you turned right on red, in a NO turn right in red stop light!
We have some rules at my prison:
1. Treat the Guards with respect.
2. No Gang Activities.
3. Keep you and your cell clean.
4. Plant the Pine Trees Green side up.
If you can handle these rules you may get out early. Otherwise, you will be here a long, long, long, time.
