Current Goal

These are a pair of social bees from Hilton Head Island who love to dance and party! The Honey Tree Hive knows that they're the "Bee's Knees" when it comes to having a good time! They would love to join you in your travels from cache to cache and if there's a party or dance on the way, take them along for the fun and upload photos of your party animals! As you know bees don't travel in a straight line. . .they're partying too much! Bookmarm and Photon

We brought the Dancing Bees on vacation with us: a camping trip to the Falcon Ridge Folk Festival in Hillsdale, NY. They found some dancing opportunities:

• The first sign that the bees spotted
• In the dance tent
• Groovin' on a Sunday morning dancing with a few thousand people at the Gospel Wake-up Call
• The birds and the bees This was kinda weird... during one of the concerts, these three giant birds came strolling through (guys on stilts). They were supposed to be "Peace Doves," but Vance Gilbert, up on the stage, made up a quick impromptu song about giant chickens.
• The bees just hanging out with the crowd
• The bees doing a different kind of dance... ...waiting in the long porta-potty lines.
• "Eww! We don't lick fences! We DANCE!"
• Pajama party (possibly with dancing) Back in the tent at the campsite, along with fellow travel bugs Mitzie Dog, Leap (the frog), and the giant Public Pay Phone TB. Who knows what wild antics these bugs were up to late into the night...

Hmm, this should be an interesting personality clash: a pair of party-animal social bees meets up with a pair of reticent hermit crabs!
