I was in the area, and also looking for some TBs to pick up, so i thought I would revisit this cache. Well, unfortunately, the TB is NOT in the cache... I found the cache container completely out in the open, sitting on top of a log. I visited a nearby cache that was also supposed to have TWO tbs in it, and THEY were both missing too... :(
