After leaving the cache where I left Stitch (or so I thought), I went and filled up my rental car and was headed to the airport when I found Stitch in my shirt pocket. I forgot to put him in the cache!!. I had to put him in so I went back to the cache and placed Stitch in it. I was able to get to the airport in time for my flight. What a Great Adventure!!

I couldn't find a home for this great little traveling companion of mine. At least not on this trip where I went to Thessaloniki, Greece, and to Biga, Turkey. On my way back from Biga, I spent two days in Istanbul. Stitch went whereever I went. We did do some geocaching together but all of the caches we visited were either micro or virtual. I will attach some photos of Stitch at a couple of the mosque we visited. He's quite the adventurist.

I wish I would have thought about taking a picture of Stitch in Greece. Sorry Kelly Family.

  • Stitch visits the Blue Mosque in Istanbul, Turkey Stitch and I took a break on this bench that is in a park right between the Blue and Sophia mosques.
  • Stitch visits Sophia mosque in Instanbul, Turkey This, if I remember correctly, is actually now owned by the Catholic church. It is no longer a mosque. It was closed but would open later that day so we never actually made it inside.

Stitch was enjoyed and aprreciated by our three sons as we cruised around St. George. Now Stitch is in for a really big adventure, because Windsor has been known to take many a TB over seas to let the adventure continue in another country!

Stitch is now with me in Greece. However, I'm having difficulty finding a cache that is 1. near my location here in Thessaloniki and 2. that is big enough. After this, I'm off to Turkey but I don't think it will get any easier to find a cache there. If not, I travel frequently in the states and will bring him home with me find him a good home back in the states.

Dahdoo4 owner of this TB dropped of Stitch here as he loves flowers! Hope you travel well little dude until you come home, hopefully less energetic after your travels. My 6 year old son will love to see you on all your travels.
