Xterra at Two Guns AZ

First activated at GeoWoodstock VI in Wheaton, California. At the time I was driving a Chevy Trailblazer.  The Chevy was traded in for a Nissan Xterra in February of 2010.

Had to stop for a Moose Mob cache! Riding shotgun for the group and made the grab while they were photographing floweres up ahead. Used to run into many more of their caches when I lived in CA and wandered often across NV and SoCal. Folks were impressed with the nano. :)

Greetings from Montana! Our third visit to Gold Butte, though the first two were several years ago when we lived in the San Jose CA area. Out with a group of friends this week, offroading, hiking, eating way too much good food around the campfires. Awesome weather and the cactus were in bloom too.

Location is in Ravalli County, western Montana.

We moved to the area in 2018. While getting the house ready, I found this lovely little wildlife preserve, just a short ways from the property because I noticed the geocaches there. It has become my wife's favorite place to go for walks. Small, but beautiful. Full of pines, deer, the occasional snake, and when the season is right, the Bitterroot wildflowers the valley and river below are named for.

Out on a scouting run, checking the overland route from Stevi > Florence > Clinton > Phillipsburg for a planned group trip next summer. Have been wanting to drive Rock Creek for some time. Good day for it today. Little traffic and few campers along the route. Stopped here for a break in the drive.
