Current Goal

I am a public work of art in the 2008 Bellevue Sculpture Exhibition. Please keep me in King County this summer. I need to return to geocache GC1C8Do at Bellevue City Hall by July 30, 2008. Until then, I would like to visit many of Seattle's Aquarium.
Please post only Drop or Grab logs for this Travel Bug; no Discovery logs, thank you.

About This Item

Hungry Whale

My Travel Bug represents the sea life. There are animals that work with each other to survive in their community. I portrayed this image by having many animals on the back of the whale, as if they are in harmony. However, if you open the mouth of the whale, there is sushi. Some animals in the sea trick other animals to eat them.

I based this travel buf on a scene in "Finding Nemo," where Marlin, Dory, and other animals get swallowed by a humongous whale. Marlin and Dory were potential foods to the whale but thankfully, they survived! My animals (on the whale), however, were not successful. They didn't have a chance to escape and was unfortunately devoured by the hungry whale.

Very cool sculpture! Love the creatures on the whale! Thanks for creating this and sharing it with us. I'm not going to an aquarium soon, but I will put it in a cache so someone else can fulfill the mission.
