Current Goal

By the time anyone finds this bug, it will have traveled around the earth a great many times!

Please take this bug to the NASA NEEMO Undersea Lab. Once it has been there, it needs to return home to me in Texas.

About This Item

This travel bug, launched with me aboard Soyuz TMA 13. Which was also the 100th Soyuz launch to date. It was with me for 10 days aboard the International Space Station but I left it behind in the Russian segment of the ISS, in locker #218.

    "Found" after reading about it on the internet. So very cool that a TB is located in space. My ultimate geocaching dream! Although it is understandable that the owner wishes it to return to him, it would be cool if it would be allowed to travel the earth "like other bugs do" for a while, so it can enjoy the planet for a change. I can imagine many cachers would like to move it along...

    I'd have grabbed it, and made it visit a few "terrestrial" caches then return it, but I thought I might not get another chance to return to the station again, so I'll be happy to have discovered it !

    Don't think I'll get close to a strong enough telescope to see it better, but enjoyed watching the ISS travel overhead tonight in Casa Grande, AZ, knowing the TB was on it. 😎

    I discovered this Trackable Virtually back around this date here on Geocaching it is my first Virtual discovery, until just recently (9/7/15) I was able to obtain the actual tracking number. I feel sort of complete now. Thanks for the experience and fun logs to get to read.
