This fine vertiical take off jet would like to attend air shows, be photographed with other flying machines and of course would love to be photographed with a real Harrier. THE MISSION FOR THIS TRAVEL BUG HAS BEEN ACCOMPLISHED THANKS TO GREENY'S GHOST, A MARINE MAJOR, AND SEVERAL  FINE PEOPLE.  Please take a moment to view the photo gallery for this bug, for it has had one fine trip.                    Thanks to all,  Bill

The Harrier AV-8B

This is the Harrier (jump) jet.Used by the USMC to attack and destroy surface targets day/night and ground support. The Harrier has the ability to take off verticly. Used in Desert Storm, the Harrier has seven external stations, three on each wing for AIM-9 Sidewinders and an assortment air-to-ground weapons, external fuel tanksand AGM-65 Mavericks. One Centerline station commonly holds a GAU-12 25mm six barreled cannon.

This Travel Bug has completed it's mission (Thanks to green ghost). As most of my travel bugs have gone 'missing' I have decided to bring this bug home. It will be seen at Cache Events and I hope that It's story will continue to be shared. My thanks to everyone that played a part in ths Bugs travels.

DragunRyder along with ValsetzPegLeg, Akiy Vampris and Animan-kun1 joined with the Squach Flotilla 2012 for breakfast at McDonald's and proceeded to Bowman Park to launch the flotilla. Thanks for the fun! 🙂 Picked up a few caches along the way a couple that were previously DNF's! They aren't DNF anymore, just got to look in the right place people! 🙂 We had some lively characters with us this year, the trip was made with a few more laughs this year! 🙂
