NCC-3830, USS Messier - Transport Tug

Transportation of personnel, goods and materials in known Federation Space and colonies (Visit traditional caches, small or larger) and their indigenous life forms in Quadrant 0 (USA), Sector 2 (Northeastern States), continuously following along trade routes through systems VT, NY & MA, until returning to “Andor”, Fesoan, Epsilon Indi (GC1EDHB) for resupply, refit and upgrades by Stardate 2020.05.31 (May 31, 2020).

Upon arrival to system VT, release NCC-C4014, USS Vermont to continue its mission in system VT.

NCC-3830, USS Messier is a Kepler subclass, of the Ptolemy Class Transport Tug.

Mission Details.

I. Transportation of personnel, goods and materials in known Federation Space and colonies for 4 years, then return to “Andor”, Fesoan, Epsilon Indi (GC1EDHB) for resupply, refit and upgrades.

II.  Pickup and delivery of personnel, goods and materials to and between member planets and bases (traditional caches, small or larger) in Quadrant 0 (USA), Sector 2 (Northeastern States), by traveling through systems VT, NY & MA of assigned trade route (VT, NY & MA out and back) in Federation Space and outlying colonies in an expeditious manner.

III. Conduct this mission to accomplish primarily: (A) Earth/Federation security, via commerce between member systems, colonies and surroundings space while being aware of any threat to peace or that commerce, and (B) Continue the scientific investigation to add the Earth’s body of knowledge of alien life forms and social systems, and (C) Any required assistance to the Earth colonies and Federation planets in your quadrant, and the enforcement of appropriate statutes affecting such federated commerce vessels and traders as you may contact in the course of your mission.
