About This Item

Babe

Babe went to Ft. Bragg to visit a relative in the Army. After the visit he wanted to try too make it home on his own like his friends did in the movie Homeward Bound. Home is the Saratoga Spa Park Cache (GC7868), in Saratoga N.Y. Along the way he would like to visit as many caches as he can. Babe is not in any hurry to get home because his friends on the farm are covering for him herding the sheep. He would like to travel by land or sea as he is afraid of flying.

This Travel Bug had the unfortunate fate of being grabbed by an newbie that appears to have stopped caching. From the log it seems that they knew what it was and what to do with it, they just haven't. Babe will be in my possession until with luck and God Willing they log him into another cache and he can continue his journey home. Gandalf.
