GoonieNanny's Favorite Fudge Recipe
In a large pot over medium heat: 2 cups of sugar, 2/3 cup evaporated milk, 16 large marshmallows, 1/4 teaspoon salt -- cook until marshmallows and sugar melt -- when bubbles form over entire top, boil and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes -- remove from heat -- beat in 1/4 cup of butter, 6 ounces of chocolate chips & 1 teaspoon of vanilla -- spread into 9 inch buttered square pan -- chill until hard -- keep refrigerated until ready to use.
