The YELLOW Card attached to my TravelBug has INCORRECT information on it based on preliminary race criteria. I will be in touch with the first geocacher to grab my bug and ask them to make some modifications to it.

I am a contestant in the Coast to Coast Travel Bug Race!

I'm racing from Before Birthday Breakfast (GCRC2D) in California to the Save The Garden Cache (GCG234) in Philadelphia, PA. I have to check in at the O'HARE Travel Bug Resort & Spa (GCQ5QR) cache near Chicago, IL.

I am allowed to travel one state at a time, but can only move to an adjacent state that shares a common border. I must visit a cache in each state I pass through without hopping over a state.

If you decide to help in this race...

  1. Don't keep a contestant to long before placing them in another cache.
  2. Please help by placing in a cache that is likely to get frequent visitors.
The following route is suggested, but not the only route:

Nevada or Arizona
Utah
Colorado
Nebraska
Missouri
Illinois
Indiana
Ohio
Pennsylvania

The fastest bug wins the race. Please help me to be the first to complete this cross-country race and win the race.
